Born and raised in Florida's Space Coast, Kelly Melody brings a unique blend of expertise and heart to the F3 Home Team. A proud graduate of the University of North Florida and former elementary school teacher, Kelly transitioned into real estate as an administrative assistant in 2017.

As the Director of Operations, Kelly specializes in building streamlined systems, implementing cutting-edge digital lead generation strategies, and fostering a seamless experience for clients and team members alike. Her deep understanding of both operations and sales stems from years of hands-on experience in roles such as transaction coordination, marketing, and sales.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kelly is a proud wife to Nate and the devoted mom of three daughters—a teen, a tween, and a lively toddler. When she’s not optimizing workflows, you’ll find her cheering on her daughters at dance competitions and soccer games.
